Call for Abstracts

Please submit your abstract for ORAL or POSTER presentation via the following link:

Abstract submission deadline: June 7th, 2025 at 23:59 CET.

Notice of acceptance will be delivered in late June, 2025.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Authors are required to indicate their preference for either ORAL or POSTER presentation.
  • Authors are required to indicate their preference for one of the topics
    • Computational neuroimaging
    • Neural network modeling
    • Biophysical modeling & digital twins
    • Computational cognitive neuroscience
    • Neuroscience & AI
    • Neuroengineering & Brain Computer Interface
  • Acknowledgement of the receipt of abstract submission will be sent to the Submitter’s email address immediately upon submission.
  • Acceptance/rejection of abstracts will be communicated via e-mail to the Submitter.
  • Instructions on the preparation of the posters will be included with the notification of acceptance.
  • The Presenting Author agrees to register, to attend the workshop, and to present the abstract as scheduled by the organizers.

Instructions for abstracts preparation
  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • Abstracts must be uploaded in PDF format only, maximum 1 page, using Arial 11 pt font size. The abstract may include references and one figure.
  • Abstract must include, title, authors’ names, authors’ affiliation, and presenting author. Titles should not contain acronyms.
  • Title, authors’ names, authors’ affiliation, and presenting author must be provided by filling out the online form.
    – Titles should not contain acronyms.
    – Author: The full name and valid email address for each author must be provided.
    – Affiliations: Each author should be listed by department, institution, city, and country.
  • Each abstract must be assigned to one exclusive category (to be selected during submission).
  • The Submitter should secure the approval of all co-authors.

  • Oral presentations: only one contributed oral presentation per session is available.
  • Poster presentations: no limits (for now).
