How to get to the conference

Palazzo della Salute is located in the city center.
From the train station it can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, or by taking tram line SIR 1 (every 10 minutes, stop “Ponti Romani”).
If you are arriving by car, please note that the venue is within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Parking is available nearby in the Prato della Valle area (Park Rabin, 15 minutes on foot), at Piazza Insurrezione, or at Padova Centro Park, close to the Scrovegni Chapel.

Padua railway station is about 15 minutes on foot from the historic city center.
The station is well connected with frequent trains to Venice, Trieste, Verona, Milan, Bologna, Florence, and Rome.

• Venice Airport
  • By cab or shuttle: collective minibus services are offered by Air Service (booking required at least 24 hours in advance) and Landomas.
  • By bus: frequent departures every 30 minutes with Busitalia, leaving just outside the arrivals hall.
• Valerio Catullo Airport (Verona)
  • By cab or shuttle: customized minibus service available via Air Service, or collective taxi service with Radiotaxi Padova (book at least 24 hours in advance, tel. +39 049 651333).
  • By bus + train: shuttle buses run every 20 minutes to Verona Porta Nuova railway station (15 minutes). From there, trains to Padua take about 1 hour.
• Antonio Canova Airport (Treviso)
  • By cab or shuttle: minibus transfers available with Air Service or Radiotaxi Padova (booking required at least 24 hours in advance, tel. +39 049 651333).
  • By bus: suburban line 101 operated by MOM–Busitalia connects the airport to Treviso and Padua.
• Guglielmo Marconi Airport (Bologna)
  • By cab or shuttle: customized minibus transfers available with Air Service.
  • By train: the Marconi Express monorail links the airport to Bologna Centrale railway station. From there, frequent trains to Padua are available via Trenitalia or Italo.
